What is a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath? 

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves (you are not literally taking a bath). The vibrations of the sounds have healing benefits and bring yourself to a state of deep relaxation. When infused with Reiki (universal life energy that heals on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually) it enhances the sound frequencies and offers you deeper healing energy.

What to expect?

You lay on a yoga mat and/or blankets and simply enjoy the healing frequencies of the sounds. You will be guided into meditation and deep relaxation with simple breathing techniques. Hands-on reiki will be offered during the sound bath led by Courtney. To wrap up the session, an oracle card with a message for the day will be pulled for you :)

Sound healing benefits include: deep-relaxation, creates a state of harmony, relieves anxiety and stress, soothes your nervous system, brings an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, access to inner visionary experience, fosters physical & emotional healing, and more!

What to bring: 

Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket(s) for yourself. A pillow can also add extra comfort :)
