Optional hands-on reiki by Madeline + a few of Sol's reiki students will further enhance your connection to the cosmic energies, leaving you refreshed and renewed.

This journey is all about trusting yourself, your own abilities, and letting go of detachments that are not serving you so you can call in everything for your highest good. It is a safe space to connect with the Divine within you. Leaning into this energy will help you align yourself with your highest time line and activate your Light from within.

After the sun sets, the marina becomes even more enchanting, adding a touch of magic to the healing atmosphere with the glistening lights reflecting off of the water. Make sure you bring a mat, blankets, a pillow, or anything to make this a cozy experience.

The Lions Gate Portal 

The Lions Gate Portal is a cosmic event that occurs every year around August 8th. It is believed to be a potent energetic alignment between the Earth, the star Sirius, and the Galactic Center. During this time, the star Sirius, which is the brightest star in the night sky, aligns with the Sun and the Earth. This alignment is thought to amplify the flow of higher frequency energies and spiritual insights.

In various spiritual and esoteric communities, the Lions Gate Portal is considered a powerful time for transformation, manifestation, and spiritual growth. What is a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath? 

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves (you are not literally taking a bath). The vibrations of the sounds have healing benefits and bring yourself to a state of deep relaxation. When infused with Reiki (universal life energy that heals on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually) it enhances the sound frequencies and offers you deeper healing energy.

You will also have the option of receiving hands-on reiki from certified reiki practitioners.

You lay on a yoga mat and/or blankets and simply enjoy the healing frequencies of the sounds. You will be guided into meditation and deep relaxation with simple breathing techniques. To wrap up the session, an oracle card with a message for the day will be pulled for you :)

Sol + Regina use quartz crystal sound bowls, tibetan bowls, a rain stick, chimes, and a steel tongue drum.
