The spring equinox is a time of renewal, rebirth, and growth. Join us as we gather to set intentions, celebrate ourselves, and shower ourselves with self-care during this season as we blossom and start fresh!
What to expect:
9:45-10:15a: welcome! find a spot + get settled
10:15-10:45a: recharge during a hiit cardio class (suitable for all levels) with Nikki - @energyrichfitness
10:45-11a: water + restroom break
11-11:30a: rhythmic vinyasa yoga flow (all levels) - express yourself through free flowing, playful, rhythmic movement with Adri, the owner & founder of Rouse Yoga - @rouseyogala / @adriiaa_
