Join Mercy for a virtual immersion into movement and meditation, with beautiful and useful tools for our everyday life. We live in a fast and heavy world that rewards productivity above all else. Many of us find ourselves overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, and the relentless pace of life. Giving ourselves permission to pause and slow down is no longer a luxury, it is a necessity.
Here, we'll gift ourselves the space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with our bodies and minds. Through gentle movement and meditation practices, we'll discover that finding peace and balance in our busy lives doesn't require a vacation—it's accessible to us in each moment.
No prior experience is needed; all are warmly welcomed to join us on this journey of self-discovery and inner tranquility <3

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a blanket if possible. Optional notebook or anything to write with.

Mercy, originally from Mexico, is a yoga and meditation teacher passionate about movement, the infinite possibilities of the body, and physical, mental, and emotional well-being. A former contemporary dancer with training in dance therapy and stress management, Mercy is a firm believer that movement can be healing for the body, mind, and soul, and works to create a learning environment where everyone feels welcome and valued. Mercy aims to integrate what she has learned from her work with children for over 10 years into all her classes, creating a safe space for self-discovery, curiosity, and, above all, play and joy.
