for the people: reiki sound bath ceremony

Join Lindsay on a transformative journey from the comfort of home, as we honor ancestral wisdom and immerse in a fusion of reiki, breathwork, and a sound bath, igniting inner harmony, healing, + inclusivity.

What to expect:

• Opening with group - you can smudge their space at home with sage, palo santo etc. and can set your alter  with whatever items they may be personally working with (crystals, abalone, shells, photographs of ancestors, items relational to diversity and inclusion)
• Gratitude to the four directions and a Taino prayer 
• Reiki seated in lotus - Lindsay will guide you through hand positions while sending life force energy to the group to help clear the chakras
• Brief light breathwork for a few minutes to calm and relax
• A 30 min sound bath with rattle, flute, shamanic drum, crystal bowls, ocean drum, rainstick, chimes

About Lindsay

"I am a writer, sound healer and reiki practitioner. I have learned from deep experiences with mentors in each of these areas as well as from travels across the globe including specific spiritual experiences had in Egypt and the Amazon jungle, as well as alongside female energy worker tribes in California. I am a bi-racial lesbian and believe in an inclusive space for spirituality across the LGBTQ+ community, as well as across races, classes and all humans, and that bringing this to our community is a part of my meaning and purpose."
