Join Sol for a journey under the full buck moon for a sound bath infused with reiki and intention setting ritual for the next moon cycle.  This sound bath is intended to ground your energy as we connect with nature to deepen your sense of gratitude and cultivate prosperity.

If you've never been to Marina Beach..it's a small beach off the marina and it's SO beautiful when the sun sets, the moon shines over the water, & the lights surrounding the beach give it a candle lit vibe! Come experience a recharging reiki-infused sound bath.

What to Expect?

I'll start with an energetic reading + guide you into meditation as we set our intentions not only for what we are releasing this full moon, but for what we're calling into this next season. The sound bath with reiki will be 50 minutes, then I will pull an oracle card for everyone at the end! If you'd like to set intentions and put them in the ocean, we'll write them down on dissolvable paper + take them to the water for the universe to receive <3

What is a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves (you are not literally taking a bath). The vibrations of the sounds have healing benefits and bring yourself to a state of deep relaxation. When infused with Reiki (universal life energy that heals on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually) it enhances the sound frequencies and offers you deeper healing energy.

You lay on a yoga mat and/or blankets and simply enjoy the healing frequencies of the sounds. You will be guided into meditation and deep relaxation with simple breathing techniques. To wrap up the session, an oracle card with a message for the day will be pulled for you :)

Sound healing benefits include: deep-relaxation, creates a state of harmony, relieves anxiety and stress, soothes your nervous system, brings an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, access to inner visionary experience, fosters physical & emotional healing, and more!

What to Bring:

Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket(s) for yourself. A pillow can also add extra comfort :) Dress in layers— it gets chilly. Bringing a blanket to cover you is highly recommended!
