Join Sol for a sound healing journey under the super full moon in Pisces + lunar eclipse to surrender to the divine flow, let go of emotional baggage, to open your heart, and to connect with your intuitive wisdom.

We'll focus on activating the sacral, heart, + 3rd eye chakra.

• Sacral Chakra: The sacral chakra, associated with emotions, creativity, and pleasure, resonates strongly with Pisces' water energy. This Full Moon helps release emotional blockages and invites deeper connection to creativity and sensual flow. It’s an ideal time to honor your feelings and desires.

• Heart Chakra: Pisces is a compassionate and loving sign, aligning perfectly with the heart chakra. This Full Moon opens the heart to forgiveness, self-love, and unconditional compassion for others, helping to heal emotional wounds and cultivate a sense of unity.

• Third Eye Chakra: With Pisces ruling dreams and intuition, the third eye chakra is highly activated. This Full Moon supports deeper inner vision, allowing you to trust your intuitive wisdom, connect with spiritual insights, and gain clarity on your life's path.

What to Expect?

We'll begin with setting intentions for ourselves for the month ahead using the full moon energy. 

Then you'll be guided into a grounding meditation and immersed in a nurturing sound bath, enhanced with reiki (hands-on is optional.)

To wrap up the session, an oracle card with an intuitive message will be pulled for everyone.

What is a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves (you are not literally taking a bath). The vibrations of the sounds have healing benefits and bring yourself to a state of deep relaxation. When infused with Reiki (universal life energy that heals on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually) it enhances the sound frequencies and offers you deeper healing energy.

Sound healing benefits include: deep-relaxation, creates a state of harmony, relieves anxiety and stress, soothes your nervous system, brings an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, access to inner visionary experience, fosters physical & emotional healing, and more!

What to Bring:

Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket(s) for yourself. A pillow can also add extra comfort :) Bringing a blanket to cover you is highly recommended!

Parking: there is a free parking lot in the back where the entrance to the studio is.
