Join us to gather beneath the trees of Ferndell Trail, on a bed of soft pine needles, to flow with movement that prepares us to connect more deeply with self and others at the time of the Full Moon. We will be guided by the sound of crystal bowls during this opportunity to open mind and body to the presence of the Full Flower Moon of May. Come with an open heart and be prepared to move & be in community with others.
