About the event
Join 1 and WiseUp & Co. for a 45 minute sound bath experience designed for artists by artists. Nurture your creativity with a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating reiki-infused sound bath with sol. You will be guided into meditation and relaxation with simple breathwork techniques that you can take away with you to integrate on your own as a daily practice or whenever you need to re-center yourself!
Optional hands-on reiki will be available from Courtney and/or Regina throughout the sound bath.
Bring a yoga mat and dress comfortably.
What is a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are bathed in sound waves (you are not literally taking a bath). The vibrations of the sounds have healing benefits and bring yourself to a state of deep relaxation.
