Join Regina + Sol for a magical evening under the new moon in cancer at the marina for intention setting, sound bath with reiki, oracle cards, + a sacred circle. We'll focus on activating our sacral and heart chakras.

The sacral chakra is associated with creativity, passion, pleasure, and emotional well-being. It governs our sense of abundance, sexuality, and our ability to experience joy and pleasure. This chakra is also linked to our relationships with others and our ability to express emotions.

The heart chakra is the center of love, compassion, and connection. It governs our ability to love ourselves and others, to forgive, and to feel empathy. This chakra bridges the gap between the physical and spiritual aspects of our being.

If you've never been to Marina Beach..it's a small beach off the marina and it's SO beautiful when the sun sets, the moon shines over the water, & the lights surrounding the beach give it a candle lit vibe! Come experience a rejuvenating reiki-infused sound bath.

What to Expect?

We'll begin with an intention setting ceremony where we'll get clear on what we're calling into our lives this next moon cycle and release them into the ocean for the universe to receive. If you don't want to get close to the water, we'll have an alternative :) 

Afterward, we'll guide you through a calming meditation and immerse you in a soothing sound bath, enhanced with reiki, to open your sacral and heart chakras. 

To wrap up the session, an oracle card with an intuitive message will be pulled for you.

What is a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves (you are not literally taking a bath). The vibrations of the sounds have healing benefits and bring yourself to a state of deep relaxation. When infused with Reiki (universal life energy that heals on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually) it enhances the sound frequencies and offers you deeper healing energy.

Sound healing benefits include: deep-relaxation, creates a state of harmony, relieves anxiety and stress, soothes your nervous system, brings an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, access to inner visionary experience, fosters physical & emotional healing, and more!

What to Bring:

Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket(s) for yourself. A pillow can also add extra comfort :) Dress in layers— it gets chilly. Bringing a blanket to cover you is highly recommended!
