Join Sol for a grounding, nurturing, + empowering sound bath with hands-on reiki for the new moon in virgo. We'll focus on activating the root, solar plexus, + heart chakra.

• Root Chakra: Virgo is an earth sign, so grounding energy is essential. The Root Chakra helps us feel stable, secure, and connected to the physical world, aligning perfectly with Virgo’s practical and nurturing qualities.
• Solar Plexus Chakra: Virgo is associated with self-growth, discipline, and personal power. The Solar Plexus Chakra is the center of our confidence, willpower, and ability to take action, making it an important focus for setting intentions and manifesting goals.
• Heart Chakra: Virgo's energy is also about healing and service to others. The Heart Chakra fosters compassion, love, and emotional balance, supporting the nurturing aspects of Virgo.

What to Expect?

We'll begin with setting intentions for ourselves for the month ahead using the new moon energy. 

Then you'll be guided into a grounding meditation and immersed in a nurturing sound bath, enhanced with reiki (hands-on is optional.)

To wrap up the session, an oracle card with an intuitive message will be pulled for everyone.

What is a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves (you are not literally taking a bath). The vibrations of the sounds have healing benefits and bring yourself to a state of deep relaxation. When infused with Reiki (universal life energy that heals on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually) it enhances the sound frequencies and offers you deeper healing energy.

Sound healing benefits include: deep-relaxation, creates a state of harmony, relieves anxiety and stress, soothes your nervous system, brings an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, access to inner visionary experience, fosters physical & emotional healing, and more!

What to Bring:

Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket(s) for yourself. A pillow can also add extra comfort :) Bringing a blanket to cover you is highly recommended!

Parking: there is a free parking lot in the back where the entrance to the studio is.
