About the event
Join me for a deeply relaxing and dreamy, reiki-infused sound bath. We'll begin with simple rounds of breath work then i'll guide you into meditation before the sound bath begins.
The session will last for about 50 minutes. This is a group session.
What to Bring:
Please bring as yoga mat. Blankets and bolster pillows are available on a first-come basis, feel free to bring your own pillow and blanket(s). Essential oils will be available to use and water will be available.
Parking:
PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY TO FIND PARKING AND GET SETTLED! There is a parking garage behind the building that is designated parking for the building; however, there Saturday nights can definitely get busy. We recommend guests plan ahead in case it's full. There is also lots of free street parking in the area (along 3rd Ave, Portland and other area streets).
