About the event
A 50-minute relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath meditative experience with a different intention each session followed by a few minutes of hands-on reiki. After, an oracle card will be pulled for everyone. Feel free to stay for a circle to sip tea and share any reflections, downloads, and to to connect with each other!
What is a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves (you are not literally taking a bath). The vibrations of the sounds have healing benefits and bring yourself to a state of deep relaxation. When infused with Reiki (universal life energy that heals on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually) it enhances the sound frequencies and offers you deeper healing energy.
You will also receive hands-on reiki with the option of receiving distant reiki (without touching)
