This is a space for everyone to come together for healing, heart & mind opening conversations around different journal prompts, to breathe in a short sound healing meditation; and to connect.Â
There's no judgement. Come as yourself!

Parking: metered street parking and metered parking lot in the back. arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
What to bring: feel free to bring your journal and pen. paper + pens will be available to use. bring a mat, blanket (there'll be mats and blankets available to use as well!)
