About the event
Join sol for a deep relaxation + energizing, reiki-infused sound bath. We'll begin with simple breathing exercises then i'll guide you into deep relaxation before the sound bath begins :) Optional hands-on reiki will be available from Courtney and/or Regina throughout the sound bath.
The session will last for 45 minutes and after, an oracle card will be pulled for you. This is a group session.
Yoga mats, blankets, bolster pillows available to use!
