unwind: reiki-infused sound bath

Join me for a deep relaxation + energizing, reiki-infused sound bath. We'll begin with simple rounds of breathwork then i'll guide you into deep relaxation before the sound bath begins.

The session will last for about 45 minutes and after, an oracle card will be pulled for you. This is a group session and you're welcome to stay after to share space in a healing circle.

Floor cushions, pillows, cushioned meditation chairs available and essential oils available to use! Feel free to bring your own blankets and yoga mat. Bring a mat if you want to lay down (cushioned mats are limited and first come.) A blanket is highly encouraged for warmth!

What is a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves (you are not literally taking a bath). The vibrations of the sounds have healing benefits and bring yourself to a state of deep relaxation. When infused with Reiki (universal life energy that heals on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually) it enhances the sound frequencies and offers you deeper healing energy.

You lay on a yoga mat and/or blankets and simply enjoy the healing frequencies of the sounds. You will be guided into meditation and deep relaxation with simple breath work techniques. To wrap up the session, an oracle card with a message for the day will be pulled for you :)

No experience is necessary. This is a safe-space where there is no judgement! You can also ask questions or discuss your challenges before the meditation privately or within the group.

This is also a beautiful opportunity to connect with others on their spiritual and/or wellness journey!

Parking:

There's free street parking. The studio is inside the ALFI Headquarters building (white building)--it looks like an office through the glass doors and you'll see colored lights inside!
