unwind: reiki-infused sound bath + oracle card

A relaxing and restorative sound bath meditative experience with distant reiki & oracle card pulled for you!

Join Sol for a deeply relaxing, reiki-infused sound bath. We'll begin with grounding breathing exercises, then Sol will guide you into meditation as the sound bath begins. An oracle card will be pulled for you at the end of the session with an intuitive message. After, we will hold space for anyone that would like to share their card, any downloads, their experience, any breakthroughs, etc.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves. The vibrations of the sounds have healing benefits and bring yourself to a state of deep relaxation. When infused with Reiki (universal life energy that heals on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually) it enhances the sound frequencies and offers you deeper healing energy. The reiki is not “hands-on” for this experience, it will be sent from a distance.
