About the event
Join me for a deep relaxation + energizing, reiki-infused sound bath. We'll begin with simple rounds of breathwork then i'll guide you into deep relaxation before the sound bath begins. Optional hands-on reiki by Courtney (@c9ify) and Regina (@curlyregina) will be available :)
The session will last for about 50 minutes and after, an oracle card will be pulled for you. This is a group session and you're welcome to stay after to share space in a healing circle.
Floor cushions, pillows, cushioned meditation chairs available and essential oils available to use! Feel free to bring your own blankets and yoga mat. Bring a mat if you want to lay down (cushioned mats are limited and first come.)
