womb harmony: prenatal sound bath + reiki

Experience the soothing embrace of Womb Harmony, where expecting moms can immerse themselves in a 50-minute sound bath to nurture and connect with their body & baby. At the end of the sound bath, everyone will receive a few minutes of gentle hands-on reiki, creating a harmonious atmosphere for relaxation. After, join us in circle for tea and conversation, sharing your journey and connecting with other moms on this beautiful path of motherhood.

What is a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath? 

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves (you are not literally taking a bath). The vibrations of the sounds have healing benefits and bring yourself to a state of deep relaxation. When infused with Reiki (universal life energy that heals on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually) it enhances the sound frequencies and offers you deeper healing energy.

You will also receive hands-on reiki with the option of receiving distant reiki (without touching)

What to bring?

Bring a yoga mat and/or blankets, and pillow(s) -- whatever your need to make this a cozy experience.
