It's a safe space to express yourself, share what you're going through, ask for insight or guidance, and to feel supported. What to expect: •Begin with an initial consultation/discuss your intentions •You'll be guided into meditation so you are in a relaxed state •I will send reiki energy to you as you're meditating •I'll guide you back and then we will discuss your session (what you felt, any messages you received, and physical sensations, questions, etc.) and I'll share an energetic reading with you and what I felt, saw, or any messages I received •If booking recurring sessions, we may discuss exercises/activations/practices you can do between sessions.
