I’m Sol, a reiki teacher and practitioner, sound therapist, self-discovery guide, and the founder of 1. My journey with sound healing began in 2021 when I started integrating sound bowls into my meditation classes after friends gifted them to me.
My sound baths have been transformative, not only for myself, but for my clients. I create spaces for us all to come home to our truest selves and I've witnessed some of the most magical things take place in my sessions.
Since I've been offering sound baths, I've blended my lifelong love of music with healing. Sound baths are a powerful portal to take journey's within ourself connecting us to the universal oneness.
As a mother, partner, and creative spirit, I’m passionate about empowering others to embrace their authentic selves through the power of sound and energy.

FAQ's
Do I need to have my own instruments for class?
No :) You're more than welcome to bring your own instruments, however you won't need them. I'll have my instruments for you to use.
Will we have a break during each class?
Yes. We'll take a 30-minute lunch break :)
What should I bring to class?
I'll send an email to everyone a week or so before the class with what to bring.
What if I don't want to start a business or do this professionally?
This class is still perfect for you if you're interested in learning for personal-use. Keep in mind, day 3 we spend a lot of time going over starting your own professional practice/business.
